BudgetJet™ Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments, contributions, and participation in BudgetJet™, a subsidiary program of F.I.L.A. Stewardship Academy, a private faith-based organization operating under IRC §508(c)(1)(a).

By enrolling in or contributing to any BudgetJet program, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

 

1. General Policy Statement

BudgetJet operates as a private, faith-aligned educational initiative.
All payments are made in support of educational access, stewardship training, and private membership participation.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are governed strictly by the terms outlined below.

 

2. No Refunds on Lower-Tier Programs

All lower-tier programs, including but not limited to:

  • Entry-level memberships

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Self-paced courses

  • Digital content libraries

  • Challenges, workshops, or replays

are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Tier 1 programs

  • BudgetJet starter or foundational offerings

  • Digital downloads or immediate-access content

Once access is granted, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued.

 

3. Higher-Tier Programs – Conditional Refund Consideration

Higher-tier programs (e.g., coaching, done-with-you, or premium mentorship experiences) may be eligible for conditional refund review, subject to the following requirements:

Refund consideration is based on:

  • Demonstrated good-faith participation

  • Completion of required assignments or action steps

  • Timely and documented communication

  • Mutual effort to resolve concerns

Refunds are not automatic and are not guaranteed.

 

4. Refund Review Criteria (Higher Tiers Only)

To be considered for a refund, the participant must demonstrate:

  • Active participation for a reasonable portion of the program

  • Completion of assigned work where applicable

  • Attendance at scheduled calls or documented attempts to attend

  • Clear, respectful, and timely communication with program administrators

  • Willingness to engage in resolution before requesting a refund

Failure to meet these criteria voids refund eligibility.

 

5. Exclusions – No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to log in or use the program

  • Failure to complete work or assignments

  • Lack of time, motivation, or discipline

  • Financial hardship or change in personal circumstances

  • Misunderstanding of program scope after enrollment

  • Violation of community standards or Terms & Conditions

  • Chargeback attempts without prior communication

 

6. Mutual Communication & Resolution First

BudgetJet values good-faith communication.

Before any refund consideration:

  • Concerns must be raised in writing

  • A reasonable opportunity must be given to address or resolve the issue

  • Alternative solutions (support, clarification, continuation) may be offered

Refunds are considered only when mutual communication has occurred and resolution efforts have been documented.

 

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate termination of program access

  • Removal from all communities

  • Permanent revocation of future participation

BudgetJet reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using:

  • This Refund Policy

  • Signed acknowledgments

  • Program access logs

  • Communication records

 

8. Faith-Based Stewardship Standard

As a faith-aligned organization, BudgetJet operates on principles of:

  • Personal responsibility

  • Stewardship

  • Accountability

  • Integrity

Participants are encouraged to enroll only when ready to commit to the process.

 

9. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

 

10. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in or contributing to BudgetJet, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand lower-tier programs are non-refundable

  • Higher-tier refunds are conditional and not guaranteed

  • Refund decisions are based on participation and communication

  • You accept personal responsibility for your engagement
