BudgetJet™ Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BudgetJet™, a financial education and stewardship program operated as a subsidiary of F.I.L.A. Stewardship Academy, a private faith-based organization recognized under IRC §508(c)(1)(a) (“F.I.L.A.”, “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, enrolling in, purchasing, or using any BudgetJet content, services, programs, tools, or communities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Nature of BudgetJet

BudgetJet is a faith-aligned financial education and stewardship initiative designed to help individuals:

  • Improve financial awareness and habits

  • Build structured money systems

  • Develop discipline, clarity, and accountability

  • Learn principles of budgeting, stewardship, and economic responsibility

BudgetJet is educational in nature.
It is not a bank, brokerage, credit repair agency, legal service, accounting firm, or investment advisory service.

 

2. Private Faith-Based Organization Status

F.I.L.A. Stewardship Academy operates as a private faith-based organization under IRC §508(c)(1)(a) and is not a government-registered public charity.

Participation in BudgetJet is:

  • Voluntary

  • Private

  • Offered within a faith-aligned educational context

  • Not open to public reliance or third-party guarantees

All contributions, program fees, and payments are membership-based educational support, not purchases of guaranteed outcomes.

 

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

All information provided through BudgetJet—including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Worksheets

  • Templates

  • Calculators

  • Live sessions

  • Community discussions

  • AI tools or prompts

is for general educational purposes only.

Nothing provided constitutes:

  • Financial advice

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

  • Credit repair services

  • Investment recommendations

You are encouraged to consult licensed professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.

 

4. No Guarantees or Promised Results

Results vary by individual.

BudgetJet does not guarantee:

  • Increased income

  • Reduced debt

  • Credit score improvement

  • Financial independence

  • Investment returns

  • Specific savings amounts

Any examples, illustrations, or testimonials shared are not promises and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes.

 

5. Participant Responsibility

By participating in BudgetJet, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions

  • Your outcomes depend on personal discipline, follow-through, and circumstances

  • You assume all risks related to applying educational concepts

BudgetJet and F.I.L.A. are not liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, or personal outcomes.

 

6. Payments, Contributions & Access

  • Fees are required for certain tiers, programs, or live experiences

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

  • Access is granted for the term specified at enrollment

  • Failure to complete content does not entitle you to refunds

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate removal from all programs and communities.

 

7. Community Standards & Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful, ethical conduct.

You agree not to:

  • Harass or intimidate others

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Promote illegal activity

  • Copy, resell, or distribute content without permission

  • Misrepresent BudgetJet or F.I.L.A. publicly

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All BudgetJet materials are the intellectual property of F.I.L.A. Stewardship Academy, including:

  • Curriculum

  • Branding

  • Worksheets

  • Videos

  • Frameworks

  • Systems

  • AI prompts and tools

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.

 

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Participation in BudgetJet is private.

We respect member confidentiality; however:

  • Online platforms carry inherent risks

  • We cannot guarantee absolute data security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials

By participating, you consent to reasonable data collection for educational, operational, and communication purposes.

 

10. Termination of Access

F.I.L.A. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Conduct harms the community

  • Misrepresentation occurs

  • Legal or ethical concerns arise

Termination does not entitle the participant to refunds or future access.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • F.I.L.A. Stewardship Academy and BudgetJet shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for access

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

 

12. Governing Principles

These Terms are governed by:

  • Private contract principles

  • Faith-based organizational governance

  • Applicable state and federal laws, where relevant

Any disputes shall first be addressed through private resolution and good-faith communication.

 

13. Updates to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

 

14. Acknowledgment

By accessing or enrolling in BudgetJet, you affirm that:

  • You understand this is an educational, faith-aligned program

  • You accept full responsibility for your outcomes

  • You agree to these Terms and Conditions in full
